Mom, friend, confidant, hard working, down-to-Earth, compassionate. These are just a few adjectives that describe Stephanie Pope. Through her many obstacles in life, Stephanie has risen to every challenge, doing what it takes, and coming out on the other side stronger than ever. She raised her three children here in Central Texas, and continues to be a pillar of strength for them. The title of “Mom” is something she is most proud of, which she has lovingly and respectfully earned from her kids.

Stephanie’s strength transfers into her work life as a top producing realtor, trusted advisor, and team player. Her portfolio includes large ranches, lakefront homes, horse-friendly property, vacant lots, residential neighborhoods, and commercial sales & leases. Her customer service background, excellent people skills, and out-of-the-box thinking create a unique experience for her clients when buying and selling real estate.

Stephanie is a Founding Member of the Dripping Springs ELITE Real Estate Professionals, a group of 25 of the top producing agents from different brokerages.  They possess numerous skill sets, a broad knowledge base, and dynamic networking.  Stephanie retired her membership in 2025 in order to focus on other endeavors.  She served on the Board of Directors for seven years, and still maintains a very close relationship with the current members.

Although she has numerous awards under her belt, Stephanie prides herself in the passion she has for being a good person and helping whenever she can. You will see her out and about in the community, volunteering at various events, and enjoying the many blessings that her life brings her.

Traci is a proud native of Grapevine, Texas. She graduated from Texas Women's University in Denton, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2015. In 2016, Traci and her husband Joey made the move to the Hill Country, starting in New Braunfels, then Wimberley, and ultimately settling in the Henly area of Dripping Springs. 

In 2018, Traci obtained her PK-6 teaching certificate and went on to teach in both Wimberley ISD and Dripping Springs ISD. She also gained valuable experience as a receptionist and real estate assistant at a local firm. In 2024, Traci transitioned into real estate full-time, driven by her passion for helping others find their perfect homes or properties. 

Traci firmly believes that the search for your ideal home should be an enjoyable experience, guided by an agent who always has your best interests at heart. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels valued and understood. 

When not working in real estate, Traci and her husband Joey love spending time with their six children, eight grandchildren, three dogs and tending to their property. To relax, Traci enjoys quality time with friends, as well as listening to live music. She's always just a call or a message away and is ready to discuss real estate whenever you are!
